These pouches are constructed of a 50 gauge Saran coated Polyester layer laminated to 2 mil Polyethylene. This film has excellent Oxygen and Moisture Barrier properties. It is a good general purpose film that may be used in a variety of applications including those requiring vacuum packaging. It meets FDA and USDA specifications for use with food.
