The adjustable timer automatically presets the welding time producing a consistently flat seal. Seals 1 to 6 mil polyethylene bags. Teflon cloth covers the heating element to insure that the element does not stick to the bag during sealing. When not in use the element remains cool. Current is applied to the element only during the sealing cycle. These are perfect machines for short run sealing of poly bags.
